El proyecto de integración de la evaluación formativa para el mejoramiento del sistema de Evaluación en la Institución Educativa el Crucero, aborda la problemática de los bajos resultados en las pruebas externas SABER 11 obtenidos por los estudiantes de la Institución. Así pues, tiene como objetivo principal implementar estrategias de aprendizaje integradas a la evaluación formativa con el fin de mejorar el sistema de evaluación definido en el proyecto educativo institucional. El estudio se justifica por la necesidad de optimizar las estrategias de aprendizaje y evaluación, permitiendo una retroalimentación continua que ayude a los docentes a identificar las necesidades y niveles de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Esto, a su vez, fomenta el desarrollo de competencias, la autorregulación del aprendizaje y la motivación de los estudiantes para asumir responsabilidades en sus logros académicos. Para lograr estos objetivos, el proyecto propone un análisis de los elementos insuficientes en cada disciplina académica, el diseño de estrategias de enseñanza aprendizaje integradas a la evaluación formativa, y la implementación y evaluación de estas estrategias. Finalmente, la estrategia plantea la transformación del sistema de evaluación en una herramienta de aprendizaje significativo que promueva el mejoramiento continuo y fortalezca las prácticas pedagógicas, contribuyendo así a una educación de mayor calidad y al desempeño académico superior de los estudiantes. |

The project of integration of formative assessment for the improvement of the evaluation system at the El Crucero Educational Institution, addresses the problem of low results in the external SABER 11 tests obtained by the students of the Institution. Thus, its main objective is to implement learning strategies integrated to the formative evaluation in order to improve the evaluation system defined in the institutional educational project. The study is justified by the need to optimize learning and evaluation strategies, allowing continuous feedback to help teachers identify the needs and learning levels of students. This, in turn, fosters the development of competencies, selfregulation of learning and the motivation of students to take responsibility for their academic achievements. To achieve these objectives, the project proposes an analysis of the insufficient elements in each academic discipline, the design of teaching and learning strategies integrated with formative assessment, and the implementation and evaluation of these strategies. Finally, the strategy proposes the transformation of the evaluation system into a meaningful learning tool that promotes continuous improvement and strengthens pedagogical practices, thus contributing to a higher quality education and superior academic performance of students. |
